I would like to be the first to welcome the new players to the Covington family and to the SDMB league!!!1
I'll be interested to see if any of the major league players help at all. It's pretty clear right now that Covington has a pretty good offense this year but the pitching is dragging them down something fierce.
The pitching is really, really, really, really, really (really) bad.
Did I mention that the pitching sucks?

I, for one, welcome our new Covington overlords.
Some of the major league players strike me as having ratings better than a 2* player. Raabe in particular might swing a decent stick. It will be interesting to see how they play in the games.
And that pitching staff does need help rather desperately.

I just noticed the '1' control rating. I want to point out that there's a known bug in the software that retards progress in all players with a '1' in a stat. Something about it being generated at a negative and taking forever to develop. It's similar to a known exploit that allows players to create players with 150 in stats but only display 98 or 99 or 100.
We might think about moving him up to a '2' and letting him develop.
