What a crappy start for my starting pitchers. Thank goodness for the bats and the bullpen.

I assume that the next sim will be next Wednesday?

Hey, I'd like to give some props to Covington. I'd be surprised if they won 8 games in a month last year, let alone a two week period.

It may be early, small sample size, yadda yadda, but being tied for first place after two weeks is still a heck of an accomplishment for a team that went 33-129 last year.
 

To continue to monopolize the blog, I'd also like to say that it's really too bad Cristian Sedillo suffered a career-ending injury. He may not have been great, but he was a serviceable pitcher and it's too bad for Covington that he went down, especially with two outs in the ninth inning of a game they were winning handily.
 

Nate: Yes, I remember. I intend to not repeat that this season.

Also, too bad about Sedillo. I always liked him, and regretted dealing him as an add-in to the big trade last year I did with Seattle.
