Comments:
What's amazing about Cuomo is that he has no blown saves, is on a team on pace to win 100 games, and still "only" has 33 saves. I can't figure out why, except that my team just wins too many non-close games.

It's not as if someone has been poaching saves from him. Frank Carroll has 3, and two other guys each have a save, that's it; just 38 saves through mid-September for my 91-win (and counting) team.

Seattle Batting Single Season Records:

Batting Average : .348, Gregory Mudge (2005, Seattle)
2008: Mudge, .312. Notably, catcher Waylon Blassingame has a .351 average, but is unlikely to make the 502 PAs necessary to qualify. Record probably safe.

Homeruns : 46, Gregory Mudge (2007, Seattle)
2008: Mudge 28. Record safe.

Runs Batted In : 143, Gregory Mudge (2005, Seattle)
2008: Mudge, 111. Record safe.

At Bats : 667, John Sadao (2003, Seattle)
2008: Mudge, 564. Record safe.

Hits : 227, Gregory Mudge (2005, Seattle)
2008: Mudge, 176. Record safe.

Doubles : 54, Derrick Raglin (2004, Seattle)
2008: 3B John Willer, 45. Record probably safe.

Triples : 12, John Sadao (2003, Seattle)
2008: 2B Francis Armendariz, 4. Record safe.

Runs : 131, Willie Klopp (2005, Seattle)
2008: Mudge, 98. Record safe.

Bases On Balls : 135, Willie Klopp (2004, Seattle)
2008: Klopp, 96. Record safe.

Strikeouts : 142, Gregory Mudge (2007, Seattle)
2008: Mudge, 121. Record safe.

Stolen Bases : 53, Patrick Welch (2006, Seattle)
2008: Wilde, 23. Record safe, although Welch certainly didn't get most of those 53 steals for me, so it's kind of a tainted record.

Rookie Homeruns : 18, Franklin Jackson (2006, Seattle)
2008: Armendariz, 7. Record safe.

Seattle Pitching Single Season Records:

ERA : 2.23, Albert Garcia (2007, Seattle)
2008: Garcia, 2.25 and Peter Bird, 2.31. This record could be broken.

Games : 100, Ryan Jenkins (2002, Seattle)

Wins : 21, Steven Jurgens (2003, Seattle)
2008: Bird and Garcia, 16. Record safe.

Losses : 18, Ronald Kirkwood (2003, Seattle)
2008: Gene Icenhour, 10. Record safe.

Saves : 42, Joel Ertel (2005, Seattle)
2008: Samuel Contreras, 24. Contreras (as Ertel before him) had most saves with another team. Even if I kept my opening day closer Pedro Morales though, this record would be safe.

Bases On Balls : 114, Joe Daye (2005, Seattle)
2008: Icenhour, 65. Record safe.

Strikeouts : 274, Hobert Hagerty (2004, Seattle)
